The goal of Children's Developmental Services is:
USD 383 Early Learning Community offers integrated services to children birth to fives years of age. They serve preschool children at five locations, with College Hill and Eugene Field being our largest sites. All locations are inclusive of all students and receive financial supports through Head Start, At-Risk, Special Education, and community fees.
Raising Riley provides a variety of services to support families and children. Child care scholarships, Family Connections, Healthy Start Home Visiting, Maternal & Infant Program, Healthy Families Home Visiting, Community Play Groups, Toy & Book Lending Library, and Raising Riley WIC,
Maternal & Child Health offers various programs to serve pregnant women, families, and their babies. They offer Becoming A Mom classes, Newborn Home Visits, Nurse visits for up to 12 months, and Weekly Home Visiting.
Thrive! is working to reduce poverty by building skills and relationships that strengthen families and individuals. After an initial 10-week training, individuals living in poverty are matched with volunteers from the community to work as a team for 18 months to build the resources needed to improve their lives. The entire family is part of the process. Quality youth programing and a meal are also part of our weekly meetings
