Engage with our Local Interagency Coordinating Council

Be Part of a Collaborative Community Effort

At Infant Toddler Services of Riley County, we are proud to be an integral part of the Greater Manhattan Interagency Coordinating Council (LICC). This council plays a crucial role in shaping early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.

Why Your Involvement Matters

By joining our LICC, you become a key player in an interagency system dedicated to the well-being of children from birth to five years old. Your participation helps in various vital areas:

  1. Child Find Activities: Assist in identifying children who can benefit from our services.
  2. Public Awareness: Spread the word about early intervention and the support available for families.
  3. Professional Development: Contribute to the growth and learning of our community partners.
  4. Policy and Resource Development: Provide valuable insights that influence the direction of our services.

Your Role in the LICC

As a member, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of community members, including our coordinators of infant toddler services and early learning home-based programs. Our meetings, held four times a year, are a platform for discussing and advising on issues pertinent to our young population.

Be a Voice for Change

Your involvement goes beyond just attending meetings. You'll have the chance to lead initiatives, set agendas, and record the progress we make. Your input and experience are invaluable in ensuring effective early intervention services and robust support for families in need.

Join Us in Making a Difference

Whether you're an experienced professional or a passionate individual, your contribution can make a significant impact. Help us in our mission to create a supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for our community's youngest members and their families.

Ready to Make a Difference?

Join us at the Greater Manhattan Interagency Coordinating Council and be a part of a team that's supporting the community. Together, we can ensure every child and family has the support they need to thrive.
